For over 20 years, I've been a dating and relationship coach for 100s of women. I have helped these women find their person, heal from past break-ups, and level up their relationships with themselves and their lovers.
But I wasn’t always an expert.
When I was little, all I saw were toxic relationships with controlling, dominant men.
So of course, those were the type of guys I continued to attract!
No one showed me what it was like to be in a healthy & loving relationship, so I spent years repeating the same relationship patterns trying to get the love and respect I wanted and deserved.
I even spent 23-years married to the wrong man because I believed that if I could just work hard at changing myself, that would be enough to change HIM. (Spoiler alert: it wasn’t).
After I finally got the courage to leave that marriage, I set out on my own journey to find my epic love.
I wanted to know it was possible for me to be in a kind and fun relationship where both the man and the woman felt loved and respected.
But I also knew, if I wanted to attract a different kind of relationship, then I needed to do something different.
So, I started shifting my perspective...
My mindset
evolution for love:
BEFORE:
Instead of waiting to be chosen by any man who came my way…
AFTER:
I got clear on who I wanted to choose, and what I wanted in a relationship, and what my deal-breakers were.
BEFORE:
Instead of surrendering to old limiting beliefs and attracting the same toxic men…
AFTER:
I began the work of healing the wounds from past relationships and rewiring the old thought patterns keeping me stuck.
BEFORE:
Instead of communicating with my partner by blowing things off or shutting down…
AFTER:
I learned how to share my intimate desires and biggest fears in a way that led to a deeper connection between us.
Once I looked inwards and started tapping into my feminine power, that’s when it all came together for me. That's when I became a relationship coach.
Today, I’m remarried to the most amazing man and I have the relationship of my dreams. I have a strong bond with my children and my bonus son. And I’m living a life of pleasure and fulfillment!

- The players who string you along
